    I dont understand the details, but a lot of people here are pretty vocal about not liking VShred

    If you care (or anyone else does), it's for reasons like the ones cited in this review by a registered dietitian of the eating side of the program (the only portion that's within her scope of practice):

    There are others. Those are the tip of the iceberg.

    Vshred fans believe otherwise, and will cite Vshred content to counter the critiques. Potential buyers beware . . . and review both perspectives, then decide for yourself who's more credible. For sure, Vshred has more tempting promises. ;)

    I always search out the science. Peer reviewed boring science. Claims must have citations.
