What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

To get to the 140's, currently 151.6lbs. It's taken longer to get here than anticipated but that's OK I'm getting there.
So I weighed in at 149.6 this morning! YAY! next mini goal 145. I just realized a few days ago that I'm within 15lbs of my final goal but as I get closer that might change. I'm just taking it a day at a time and see where I end up.
In the same boat! Good job, keep it up!

My mini goal is just to maintain ( though if I lost 5 more lbs I wouldn’t be mad) and to be consistent with getting my steps in and strength training. I want to be the best, healthiest version of myself that I can9

Having more energy and mental clarity. - focusing on nutrition, minimizing alcohol, increasing exercise, meditation and good sleep habits.

to see a decline for at least another 2 days (hopefully being able to take advantage of normal monthly weight/water loss and boost it)

Trying to get into the 250's by 08/15/24, I have been bouncing between 261-266 the past few weeks and it would be a great Motivational boost if I could scratch the 260's off my list.6

- not get out of breath doing 1 flight of stairs
- to be able to curl my legs up in chairs with less joint pain
my previous goal of seeing a declin for a t least 2 days in row is in still in work. I saw a drop on one day and then it stayed the same for the next couple of days. but that is usually how my weight goes. we' will call it half way there6 -
To get body fat % under 30. Currently at 33.5.6

My first mini goal was 10% of my body weight. I did that, and the next goal was to get my BMI below 40.
A few days ago, I hit that goal, so my next mini goal is to reach the loss of 15% of my body weight. 4 pounds to go!
I have planned out a whole series of little goals over the course of this year. The little victories keep me motivated!
My first "medium" goal is to lose 50 pounds by 7 Sept for a big event. That milestone will also put me at 20% of my body weight lost. 33 down. 17 to go!
Quoting my own post to say that I met my next mini-goal of losing 15% of my body weight. Woohoo!
My next mini-goal is to have lost 40 lbs. by the time I leave to visit my family on July 8th.
3.6 pounds to go!
I just squeaked that one in, having lost exactly 40 pounds by July 8th! My next mini-goal was my previous "medium" goal of losing 50Lbs by 7 Sept for a big event. I think I can do it, as I only have 4.5Lbs to go and 6 weeks to do it!14 -

To be down 100lbs. I only have 12lbs to go. I started this journey at 352lbs and currently at 262lbs. I can't wait to reach that 100lbs number.20

Been a member of MFP for years, just coming and going. Right now I am just going through the motions hoping to catch the motivation wave! Life is busy, very little self-care going on... something needs to change! So here I am participating! Go me!!!13

I have almost reached the "normal" or "healthy" BMI range - I'm F, 5'4", so 145 is "normal". I weighed 148 this morning. Only 3 more pounds!12

My first mini goal is to reach the weight I was before I started my super stressful, unhealthy job (which I quit a year ago!). 209. I am at 222 right now.... Highest weight was 242, so I'm on my way!!!8
