    Mini Goals July:
    1. Post here every day for the rest of the month.
    2. Lose 0.5kg in weight (June end weight was 54.2kg, so goal is 53.7kg)
    3. Lose 1cm from my waist (will measure at the end of the month)

    So an uptick to start the month but I did get the munchies again last night so not surprised and will take it on the chin. Today is a new day. Planning weights at home.

    My goal for this month is a 0.5kg weight loss. It’s getting harder now to lose weight although the trajectory is down overall and I’m happy to lose at a slower rate if it means I can build muscle. Hoping the extra exercise will keep the waist loss on track though.

    Goal for July - Lose 3 -5 lbs and get rid of that 200 # and stay there..
    Overall goal 165

    We have a trip planned next week which I am food planning for but with alot of sitting/driving which has me worried about weight gain (water retention)

    Hello, thank you for making this thread.

    I've been tracking my meals for the past two weeks, after giving birth three months ago. Although I'm breastfeeding, I need to make some changes because I definitely don't feel good being the heaviest I've ever been. I just found the community today, and I hope posting my weight here daily will keep me accountable.

    I'm committed to doing 10:14 intermitent fasting, to track my meals, and eating mindfully. This week I'll focus on listening to my body, and actually stop eating when I feel satisfied.

    Ultimate goal: 73 kg
    Medium term goal: Stop looking like I'm pregnant
    Short term goal: Fit in my black jeans

    Initial June 13th weight: 103 kg
    July 1st weight: 97.1kg

    Hello all! I hope we are all able to achieve our goals this month!

    Starting weight: 219 lbs (6/10/24)
    Ending weight: 214.2 lbs (June 30th)
    Total loss: -4.8lbs
    Goal weight: 150-165lbs
    Goal Body Fat: 20-25%

    Goals for July: βœ”
    - Work 4 days/week βœ”
    - Walk 10k steps minimum 3x/week
    - Log meals daily and accurately
    - Gym 3x/week
    - Drink more water and less sugar
    - Treat myself once/week with a self date
    - Weigh in an 205lbs at the end of the month (-8lbs loss)

    JULY:
    1st: 213 lbs

    Non weight Successes:
    - I had desserts 3x this week and it didn't "ruin" my progress, and I didn't feel guilty about having it any of the times.
    - I may be watching what I'm eating but I'm still going to bed full, which is a far cry from other times I've been using this app.

    Scales back down today after another relatively static day working on my website. Weights plan was thwarted as one of them dropped off the bench onto the floor and broke. Hopefully glue will sort them out!

    I'm losing water weight, probably. This IF is kicking my butt. I need to wait another two hours to eat again.

    Interesting... I have gone two days with no dedicated workout and dropped.. so maybe that means I don't have to work out anymore??? :)
    I have been so muscle sore from my workouts maybe my body needed that little break. Back at it today.

    yesterday was stupid stressful too so I am sure my cortisol was spiked alot of the day but I stayed within my calories.
    @aurorabarajas1 - welcome and good for you on the fasting. that is intense. I considered trying IF again because when I have tried in the past was unsuccessful. Good luck

    @canadamarie - your gain wasnt too terrible if you ate higher sodium. That would have been more like 3 lbs for me! I am curious about the trampoline for lymphatic drainage? is that a thing?

    @SofaKween - sorry about the broken bench. Hopefully you got it sorted out

    Another sedentary day working on the website. I think that challenging my brain with this seemingly mammoth task must be burning lots of calories! Every problem solved leads to a new problem or task I realise I need to do and the list keeps getting longer. I now know why people pay someone to set up their websites. Anyway. Should be a gap in the rain this afternoon so have a walk planned.

    @HappyDonkey75 - alas it's not the bench that broken, but one of my very expensive adjustable dumbell weights! Glue seems to have held the small plastic piece that broke off but I haven't tried them out yet.

    Clothes are noticeably looser which is a great NSV. But I want to lose actual weight because I just feel so heavy all the time.

    @HappyDonkey75 yes it is! The body doesn’t have its own pump for lymphatic drainage so there are different ways to stimulate the lymphatic system to get rid of toxins and fluid build up. Trampoline is a good way to do that because it doubles as exercise that is gentle on the joints.
