I use protein bars before working out and I use protein recovery shakes after workout but how do I log them? Lunch? Dinner? Snacks?

The categories are for your convenience you can rename them, or add additional ones change them into time slots or even log everything as breakfast if you want!1

It doesn’t matter just log at some point during the day.0

You can customize your meals. I have:
Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
Snacks and Mini Meals
Supplements and Vitamins

I would personally put it under snacks, as previous posters have mentioned it really doesn't matter where you place it. But if you just like tracking which shake/protein supplement you had with what workout you perform then I'd recommend customizing your meals and just adding an option for pre/post workout snacks.0
