    I feel good today. My calorie intake met my daily goal. I wanted that and I am happy it was achieved. My exercise consists of walking around daily. I am doing this to lessen food cravings. Also, this balances the budget. I had three salads for $7. In addition, I had SF flavored water and popsicles total calories 1760 for the day.

    This is my second day logging in MFP for calories. I had salad, veggie platter, lunchables, harvest snaps, SF outreach, and two gummies total calories 2100. Exactly my base.

    My third day of logging in MFP calories intake. I had three salads and five protein bars. Total calories 1600, below 2100 base. Also, walked around the city for the day and saw some sights. I intend to do this for at least two weeks.

    This is my fourth day logging in MFP calories. I had three bean/corn salad, harvest snaps, starburst jelly candy, and a Reese's peanut butter cups. This totals 2490 calories. My base is 2140; therefore 350 over base. I will try to do better tomorrow within base. However, I still feel good about myself. I want this to happen.

    Hello everyone:
    I hope all is well. This is my fifth day logging in MFP calories.b Today I had Cesar salad, harvest snaps, and swedish fish. My calorie intake 1800. My base is 2140 so 340 less calories. I am happy since I felt the need to make up for yesterday. Take care all.

    Hello everyone:
    I got a new phone and did not log in yesterday; however, I will log in today and for yesterday as well. On 9/1 I had three salads, harvest snaps, and rice pudding. Total calories 2200, Base calories 2140. On 9/2, I had 2 salads and sushi along with lunchables and harvest snaps. In addition, SF popsicle. Total calories 2200 as well. Let us see what tomorrow will bring.

    Hello everyone:
    I have to log in from the third. On 9/3/24 I had salmon salad with spring roll and turkey wrap. I then finished with grape outshine and three musketeers bar for total calories 1660. On 9/4/24 I had two bean and corn salad with bbq harvest snaps along with two chocolate puddings. Total calories 2040. Finally on 9/5 I had two salads with veggie platter, hummus, and sushi. I finished the day with strawberry ice cream and popsicles. Total calories 2120. My base is 2140 so I made it home.

    Today I had salad and a veggie platter with turkey and cheese. In addition, I also had popsicles and strawberry ice cream. Total calories 2070. My base is 2140. I hope to maintain.

    Hello everyone:
    I am so glad that I logged in yesterday because I thought I did not. Today I had salad with chicken taquitos. Also, I intend to have some lower calorie popsicles. Total calories 1960. Yesterday and today was not so great in terms of situation; however, my calories were just below base of 2140. In that case, pretty good. I have to look at my day that way.

    Hello everyone:
    I was not feeling well and went to ER yesterday. Needless to say, I did not log my food since September 8th. So here goes:

    9/8. Three diet ice teas. No food
    9/9. Fast
    9/10. Fast
    9/11. Salad, harvest snaps, ice cream. Total calories 2100. Base calories 2140.
    9/12. Spinach Dijon salad, harvest snaps, s/f popsicles and bubbly. Total calories 1560. Base calories 2140.
    9/13. Veggie platter, lunchable kit includes turkey and cheese sandwich with cheese it crackers and gummies. Finally, s/f popsicles. Total calories 1800. Base calories 2140.

    I am happy to express gratitude that my calorie intake did not exceed base calories. All well for Friday and take care.

    Today I had salad with lunchable. Lastly, I had orange sherbet and 1babyel. Total calories 2050. My base calories 2140. I hope to maintain my base and hope for the best. Take care.

    @Greaterthanlife, there are various people here who post threads where they report what they've eaten or what exercise they've done (or both) as a way to be accountable to themselves by being MFP-public about what they're doing. I think that is absolutely fine to do.

    I do think logging (in the diary) is insight-provoking and beneficial, but if you don't feel ready to do that quite yet, that is also fine IMO. I think it's OK for everyone and anyone to use the MFP tools in any way that helps them reach their goals, as long as those uses don't hurt anyone else's progress. As far as I can see, nothing you've posted hurts anyone else's progress.

    Please hang in there, and carry on. I'm cheering for you to find your own best path, and accomplish all your goals!

    I hope all is well. I am checking in early today since I finished my calorie intake. Basically my usual start-up:
    Santa Fe salad with chicken
    Lunchables
    Carb master yogurt
    Slim Fast bar.
    Total calories 2185. Base calories 2140. I went over 45 calories. Better next time. Yesterday was really long. Today I will try to get some rest so that I can be more balanced. I am happy with this daily check in since I going through a difficult time and this makes life a little bit easier to handle. Also I appreciate all the support I get from all of you.
