I did 75 Hard like a year ago. I came to day 36 until I stopped.

The problem for me was the 1 gallon of water. I always had to visit the WC several times on an hour and that disturbed my days completely and became a real problem.

Running out of meetings at work
Running into a bush on my 45 min of outdoor activity
    Waking up at night

Then I realized that there are 2 different gallons and hade used the larger one in Liters.

In US it means 3,8 L
In Canada it means 4,6 L

I learned a lot and I'm practically living according to 75 Hard but not strict and drinking more like 3L.

Water can definitely be challenging, I am waking up every night to go to restroom around exactly same time. So i guess also we need to learn and practice time for water intake that whole gallon will be gone by bed time (:

For me the hardest thing is, putting everything together and building and including all things in joyable way and time frame. Like I am trying to add that book reading in part of day where i can actually enjoying it and not reading just because of challenge. Also food meal I am trying to build muslces so i decided to add more protein which opening all different field to learn new diet, where again you need to put that in 24h :) I guess thats why is called HARD because we need to figure out all thinks and learn to be disciplined but in joyful way.

I think the HARD part is to be consistent. It is not hard to do this a day or a week. On a good day I'm doing it without thinking. But there are so many situations that are not optimal. Customer meetings, long flight travels, dinner with friends etc. During 75 days there are so many HARD situations where you have to be consistent with the rules. That is the hardest part.
