Hey! My name is Ingrid and I’m just trying to find a healthy fitness community so share tips with and etc. I’ve only had this app for 2 weeks meaning I’m on my second week of a calorie deficit:) I’m doing 1300 a day and my main goal is 125 starting at 160! I’m from Georgia :) if yall wouldn’t mind leaving me low calorie tasty snacks or spots to go out to eat :smile:
