Please join us starting on 11/2 for JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS, when we will begin Round 277.

Anyone can join us at anytime during the round.

Here is what you do: Post your daily weight and add little comments along the way of how your day went. You have only one hour to edit your post. Post everyday to let us know how you're doing! Copy and paste the days in your response--tell us how much you lost and other non scale victories (NSV) you'd like to share.

FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

    I am new to this group but I love the idea.
    Female, 55, 5 ft 8, sedentary way of life.
    Many late-night snacks due to a lifestyle change and new obligations related to taking care of family.
    Current weight:187
    Decade low: 159
    Decade average:165
    Ideal weight: 150

    I plan to weigh every other day.

    Very excited for this round. The last few have been "meh".... so I need some inspiration!
    I did end October lower than September, so that's a win!

    So here we go November 2024... my motto(s) - All the things I need to read daily!!!

    Note to Self: Alcohol kills weight loss as the focus is burning alcohol calories and not fat calories!

    Resuming structure~Goals and Targets
    - Closing my rings M-S🚶🏽
    - Tracking/Under Calorie Budget > Plan for 1250 - Flex for 400 = 1650 (1250 - 1650) with small frequent meals🍎
    - Macros - hit Protein > Plan for 150. 100 is acceptable. (100 - 150) ✅
    - Water - 50 oz minimum ~ ultimately between 80 - 100💧
    - Downward trend⬇️

    I don’t remember who said what in round 276 but something in my brain clicked. I am getting back to my old routine of longer daily fasts - at least 18 hours which includes sleep time.

    I have created a word document using this basis, I update it each day with my weight and any comments from the previous day and post it on here. It is not mandatory to weigh daily, we all make it individual to ourselves for our own benefit.
