    @_JeffreyD_ and others, I attribute MY "ick" feeling to the overindulgence in sweets and candy the days leading up to Halloween. I woke up feeling almost sick on Nov. 1 because of the increase in sugar. Went almost totally sugarless that day and felt much better yesterday. Today my weight is back down, and I'm feeling more energetic as well. MY SAD will kick in when days are dark and gloomy in the winter. Our days here have been gorgeous lately, for which I am thankful.

    @LovinHISWORD welcome to the group! You’ll love it here. As for posting, here’s what I do. I create a “Note” in my Notes app on my computer/phone for each round. I copy and past the intro material you find at the top of my posts and the dates that are part of the beginning of each round post, then I update that in my Notes each morning, adding my weight and whatever I want to say each day. Then I copy and paste from Notes back to the “Leave a Comment” box at the bottom of this page and hit “Post Reply”.

    ENDING WEIGHT LAST ROUND 190.6

    11/02 -190.4- (Trend weight -192.0-) I was expecting a bigger drop considering yesterday was a good day. However, exercise was lacking, water was low and no TMI today so I guess I’ll just be happy with the 0.2 for now. I’m not sure what today will bring. I’m thinking of heading out of town so I can pick up some supplies including my new favorite low carb bread. Lots of bills to pay online though, so we’ll see. Out-of-town would mean dinner out so I better plan my lunch accordingly, just in case! Good luck everyone this round. I plan to dip into the 180’s this round come Hell or High Water. Even if it’s only 189.9 to start. Let’s do this, friends. I’m up here in Northern Michigan cheering you on!

    11/03 -189.0- (Trend weight -191.7-) I’m just so damn happy right now. Yay, into the 180’s!!!! Of course, I don’t quite take my shoes off, let down my hair and pour myself a drink until I’m comfortably at the number 7, (as in 187 point anything) since my weight can increase up easily by several pounds in one day putting me back over the top. Especially if I’m naughty. However, dipping my toes in the 180 pond sure feels good right now. I did not end up going out of town yesterday. That helped. Today is my foodie daughters 30th birthday. I’ll try not to blow it.
