Hello everyone! I decided to start a healthier life and start going to the gym! I would also have some questions, if possible for those who are in the UK. What proteins do you recommend me to take? or not to take proteins? Many people have seen that they get their proteins from fruits. How do you say it's ok? a beautiful day!🇬🇧🏋️❤️

Welcome to MFP. Your best bet is going to be to look for groups based on your goals. From your post it is unclear if you are trying to trim down, bulk up or both. I'm a weight loss person so I take in protein with pretty much every meal to help with energy levels. I get a lot of it from Tuna/Chicken and I drink a daily protein drink that comes it at 24 grams. People that are after bulk have way different requirements than those that arent though and you'd have to find the builders group for that.0
