Hi everyone I'm new here. Just starting my health and fitness journey. I have PCOS so I've been struggling for awhile. I'm hoping to lose 30kg within a year! Add me if you wanna help me with tips & tricks

I’m a member here who has a passion to help PCOS strugglers. There is so much good advice out there and dealing with your food is the best way to heal from it. Yes med science has some bandaide apppications, but finding the groove with your food really works. Fad diets may produce some changes but can’t be lived on forever. PCOS symptoms will persist until good healthy rhythms are set up which lower cravings to whispers that can be ignored or dealt with without giving in.0
