If you had to pick ONE thing that helped most! I need to tone up that area.

I don't mind a little jiggle. Bootcamp class helped get my jiggle down. We do "dirty dogs" (look 'em up on Youtube), and lunges. Butt lifts, and whatever other torture she can give to us.

I found this bootcamp class through a friend of a friend type thing. I wouldn't even know where to tell you to look locally. Maybe meetup.com.

Definitely Youtube specific exercises. Find those popular posts/people and view their entire series. I'm going to have to resort to this soon because I can't get to class anymore with this job of mine. By the time I sit down for dinner with my children I should have already been at class. So - gotta make it happen another way.

I've noticed Pure Gym do Bootcamp classes, was there earlier, paid for a one day pass to check out my local one.

Not sure if there's one near to you though.

Someone told me to try the bike about two weeks ago. How long do you stay on the bike?

I have a DVD, "Results Fitness - 10 Days to a Better Body" that has worked wonders. Short (30 min) and effective!! I got it at Sam's Club sooome time ago, you could probably get it at eBay or something.

Squats of all kinds, I personally like front squats with 45lbs. Also, walking lunges and cardio.
