Syncing Fitbit

I have tried and tried to get my Luxe Fitbit to since with MyFitnessPal and it shows it is installed and active. Yet it is not transfering my Fitbit activity into MFP. I have YouTubed it and doing exactly and still no results.
Help please I’m so frustrated. I am paying for premium and not able to use to its full capacity.

    The purpose of the community is so that everyone else experiencing this issue can see the solution.
    What’s the point of just adding a link to an unhelpful trouble shooting page.
    I expect everyone started there and got no answer so it’s round in a circle.
