    @Krysless2 I use two different scales. I like my Renpho because of the information it provides but it does take 3 AAA batteries. I also use the GE Fit which is rechargeable with no batteries necessary. It and the app are easy to use and the information is also pretty good.     ENDING WEIGHT LAST ROUND 190.0

    11/12 -191.2- (Trend weight -191.4-) Self-Sabotage at it’s not-so-finest. I was at 190.0 yesterday and I wish that I had just been 0.1 lb less so that I was into the 180’s. Honestly this probably would not have happened. Yes, the pressure would have been off. So I am starting this round chasing my own tail (again). It’s ok, I got this. I have lost this pound before and I can do it again. I just hope it’s not again AND again AND again. Good luck to everyone this round. The great thing about this challenge is that clearly we are not alone in our struggles and there is so much help within this group. Thanks to all for being here and good luck!

    @deepwoodslady - I really like the graph visual. It does show how the ups affect the progress. I've had some stalling lately so this is helpful to keep this in mind. For me, social eating is my problem area. Something to work on. I don't expect to be perfect when I am celebrating but I could do better.

    @Blueberries59 Meg, Social eating is a problem for me, too. That reminded me that Community Bingo is tonight. “Dinner” is ALWAYS high carb, the one macro I try to avoid. Fried chicken, pizza or subs (seriously lacking anything but bread) with chips and watermelon, either cookies and/or Fat Boy ice cream sandwiches for dessert!
