I was really hoping to dip back down into the 180’s this morning after having such a good day yesterday. Humph! I will take any wins that come my way I suppose. I must stay buckled down as I approach the coming holidays!
11/12-191.2-(Trend Weight 191.4)- ]) Self-Sabotage at it’s not-so-finest. I was at 190.0 yesterday and I wish that I had just been 0.1 lb less so that I was into the 180’s. Honestly this probably would not have happened. Yes, the pressure would have been off. It’s okay, I’ve lost this pound before and I can do it again. I just hope it’s not again AND again AND again.

Hi all. Had an interesting conversation with my GP - I have bladder Atonia He believes that the cause of this is my Amitryptyline medication. Amazing no one picked up on this side effect until now. So now he’s trying to put me on seroquel and all these other drugs. I don’t want to take a drug prescribed to schizophrenics and people with bipolar- often they blow up like a balloon.I’m annoyed I have to stop my ozempic for the next 2 weeks - it’s helped me lose weight and I don’t want to gain again.

11/14-192.0-(Trend Weight 191.5)- I started my day off yesterday with a youtube exercise video which I hadn’t done in a hot minute. My pre-logged meals went perfectly but I’m not gonna lie. I was pretty pis*ed off when I had to count out 5 crackers for my soup instead of just grabbing a large stack. I think when I grabbed six and had to put one back it really got to me. I wish I’d grabbed 4 instead and had been able to add one to make the 5 My whole evening probably would have went differently. After such excellent obedience during the day, I went crazy for snacks last night. Part sugar cravings and part rebellion. Next time I’m keeping the 6th cracker as it may save me 600 calories and 50 carbs later at night. Yea, I think I’m still in a funk.

Hi everyone. I hope everyone had a more success in October than I did. October was a crazy month. New work schedule and just life in general. Ended with a gain of 2 lbs. Here is to bright and successful November. November goals : start tracking food again, drinking more water, and more gym time.

When I eat bread I tend to gain on those days. My weight hasn't really changed since joining the gym in July. 3-5 days a week. Usually 4. My body may have changed a little. I really need eat better. Last nights dinner of Chips and Cheesecake were not good choices. It was just pure lazy-ness.2 -

11/14-192.0-(Trend Weight 191.5)- I started my day off yesterday with a youtube exercise video which I hadn’t done in a hot minute. My pre-logged meals went perfectly but I’m not gonna lie. I was pretty pis*ed off when I had to count out 5 crackers for my soup instead of just grabbing a large stack. I think when I grabbed six and had to put one back it really got to me. I wish I’d grabbed 4 instead and had been able to add one to make the 5 My whole evening probably would have went differently. After such excellent obedience during the day, I went crazy for snacks last night. Part sugar cravings and part rebellion. Next time I’m keeping the 6th cracker as it may save me 600 calories and 50 carbs later at night. Yea, I think I’m still in a funk.
11/15-191.2-(Trend Weight 191.4)- I pulled myself up out of my bad mood and stopped feeling sorry for myself yesterday finally. I made a nice low carb meatloaf that I can eat on for a couple of days. I love meatloaf sandwiches for lunch and will use low carb healthy bread for it. It’s opening day for deer hunting so the schools are all closed. My DGS will be home all day and keeps me on my toes! That should burn a few extra calories. DD wants to make a pork roast for dinner in her new crock pot she brought with her to try out. I will plan that in my pre-log and make it work. 11/16-190.4-(Trend Weight 191.3)- I ate very light for lunch and dinner yesterday so I could have ice cream with DD, DS and DGS last night. I didn’t want or need to feel denied. I must admit that ice cream is a weak point for me. The only thing more tempting is probably donuts (which I haven’t had in quite some time). I took too much in a bowl out of “old me” habits and realized that “new me” doesn’t really eat that much at one time anymore. But I didn’t realize it until I was finished and my belly felt over full and bloated. So I’m surprised to see a drop this morning, even with lighter meals. I weighed in about 2 hours later than normal this morning so I’m not sure if that is why I’m having a drop. I guess I’ll find out tomorrow. I just hope the ice cream doesn’t show up later, which sometimes happens. Lots of good sleep last night but not enough water yesterday which is probably why I wasn’t up & down all night like usual. Whoever said “you can’t have it all” was absolutely right!

Didn’t get to the cabinets yesterday… saving them for my days off on Tuesday and Wednesday. Did some shopping with my hubby, made sugar-free banana bread, decorated our curio and our bannister for Christmas. We’ll have 11 people over for Thanksgiving, so our house is decorated for Thanksgiving with some splashes of Christmas.

I weighed in about 2 hours later than normal this morning so I’m not sure if that is why I’m having a drop. I guess I’ll find out tomorrow. I just hope the ice cream doesn’t show up later, which sometimes happens. Lots of good sleep last night but not enough water yesterday which is probably why I wasn’t up & down all night like usual. Whoever said “you can’t have it all” was absolutely right!
