Sustainable results

Hello everyone, I am new here. Recently I have restarted my weigh loss journey (again) and this time I want to do it differently. I have lost a significant amount of weight many times, but gained it back eventually. This time I am trying to do it slowly, more sustainably and for good, like make it part of my new identity or something. Maintaining is going to be tough for me I know. But anyway first part of this journey is still losing weight. Hope to find and provide support and accountability here. 😊
