I'd love to hear about your goals and plans - whatever you want to share!
As for me, I started at 160 lbs (73 kg) three months ago, and I’m now down to 147 lbs (67 kg). I'm curious to see how far I can go with this challenge!
So far, I’ve been sticking to my plan pretty okay, only skipping one gym day and one day 200 cal overy caloric goal.
I’d love to hear how your journey is going and what’s been working for you. Let’s keep supporting and motivating each other to reach our goals!
