    11/17-191.2-(Trend Weight 191.3)- And there is the effect of the trying and tempting weekend. Traveling today for some food supplies and birthday gifts for my DGS. Dinner will be out but I will avoid all desserts and treats! It will be nice to get some walking and steps in.

    11/18-DNW-(Trend Weight DNW)- I just couldn’t bare to look after my trip out of town yesterday. The restaurant food was tasty but unhealthy, frivolous and poorly handled at every level. I’ll plan an extra low calorie day today and hope for the best tomorrow. Today is a day of regret for sure-buyer’s remorse.

I’ll plan an extra low calorie day today and hope for the best tomorrow. Today is a day of regret for sure-buyer’s remorse.

    11/19-192.2-(Trend Weight 191.6)- Very early weigh-in about 3 hours earlier than usual. I hope that's part of this scale shock. I'm sure though that travel and weekend guests have caught up to me. I'm sure that's a big part of it. I've GOT TO have a good day today even though I am already starving. Choosing the right foods will be key today. Need nutrition and volume without added calories or carbs.

    Weight gain continues. In addition to having to travel to Sydney in December I now have to go to QLD for my son to attend the cardiologist. Awesome. $700 in motel fees so far and a further $200 for kennels.

    11/20-192.6-(Trend Weight 191.7)- For the past couple of weeks I have been focusing on adding fiber to my diet for a number of reasons. As someone who finds most veggies horrid (part of my eating disorder) this task has been difficult. Right now I am using a high fiber low carb bread. 10g of carbs per slice and 10g of fiber per slice making it zero net carbs, 35 calories per slice and 20 grams total of fiber. I am hoping this will help fill me up better and offer me the health protections that fiber has to offer without pushing up the scale. I am also trying to hit my protein goals as best as I can. It will be hard to judge how much this is helping with so many distracted days in the mix. I need a good stretch of days that I either can’t find, or I sabotage when I do come across them. However, I am going to give this a chance for a few months and see how I feel about it. Yesterday should have been good, but it wasn’t. I was so proud of myself all day until the monsters came out last night. I’d had enough protein and fiber to choke a chicken and while it may have helped the hunger a bit, it didn’t put a dent in the cravings. If only I had answers for that!

    11/20-192.6-(Trend Weight 191.7)- For the past couple of weeks I have been focusing on adding fiber to my diet for a number of reasons. As someone who finds most veggies horrid (part of my eating disorder) this task has been difficult. Right now I am using a high fiber low carb bread. 10g of carbs per slice and 10g of fiber per slice making it zero net carbs, 35 calories per slice and 20 grams total of fiber. I am hoping this will help fill me up better and offer me the health protections that fiber has to offer without pushing up the scale. I am also trying to hit my protein goals as best as I can. It will be hard to judge how much this is helping with so many distracted days in the mix. I need a good stretch of days that I either can’t find, or I sabotage when I do come across them. However, I am going to give this a chance for a few months and see how I feel about it. Yesterday should have been good, but it wasn’t. I was so proud of myself all day until the monsters came out last night. I’d had enough protein and fiber to choke a chicken and while it may have helped the hunger a bit, it didn’t put a dent in the cravings. If only I had answers for that!

    So surgery date is nearing. It’s only a urethral dilation but naturally I’m nervous about being under a general anaesthetic.

    My weight is not going below 104-103 but I honestly have been eating more junk due to stress and without the ozempic im slightly more hungry. I’m not actually eating much though. But some of my choices were questionable 🤨 one shouldn’t eat Neenish tarts for dinner!

    Last night had a great Pumpkin and bean vegetarian chilli.

I had to pick DGS up early from school yesterday because he was an uncooperative 1st grader who frustrated his poor teacher so much she actually left the classroom crying. He sat in the floor and refused to get up and get in line to leave the art room. So today he was suspended and with no school I was able to weigh in at my normal time and before my meds. Nice to see another drop on the scale. I’m not going to lie and say I was perfect yesterday, but not too bad considering the temptations. My trend weight has been the same for several days now. It just doesn’t trust me so it hasn’t dropped. Sadly, I understand. Hopefully it will tomorrow. It is projecting on trendweight.com that I will hit my goal of losing about 44 more pounds by September of 2056. Ha! I was born in 1960 so I will not likely be alive in 2056. It’s okay though, my scale weight has been going down and I will prove that snarky trend weight wrong!

    Hi everyone. I hope everyone had a more success in October than I did. October was a crazy month. New work schedule and just life in general. Ended with a gain of 2 lbs. Here is to bright and successful November. November goals : start tracking food again, drinking more water, and more gym time.

Last nights dinner of Chips and Cheesecake were not good choices. It was just pure lazy-ness.

    11/23 - 158.8 :smiley: Finally progress. I have worked out at the gym Monday through Friday this week. Strength and cardio Monday through Thursday and just stair climber yesterday morning. Finally started logging food again. Trying to use Macros, but not very successful so far, but staying within my calories for the day, so that's a win.

    11/23-189.2-(Trend Weight 191.4)- Whoosh! It does pay off when I stick to it. Of course, I don’t entirely trust that I’m full-on in the 180’s again until I hit the magical 7 (as in 187 point anything) since I can easily fluctuate 1-3 pounds even with one meal. But to dip my toes into the 180’s again is so hopeful! My trend weight finally “got off the pot” too. I am happy today!

    @cinw1501 - yeah tart with mock cream , jam topped with dark and white chocolate. So delicious 🤤. Yes November hasn’t been a great loss month for anyone much. Nearing Christmas 🎄 hoping tis the season to NOT gain weight!

    Surgery tomorrow. Only day surgery but general anaesthetic makes me nervous and I got to be there at 7am. I hate early mornings.

    I’ve booked parasailing 🪂 for our trip to QLD so feeling like I have something to look forward to.

    Hi everyone. I hope everyone had a more success in October than I did. October was a crazy month. New work schedule and just life in general. Ended with a gain of 2 lbs. Here is to bright and successful November. November goals : start tracking food again, drinking more water, and more gym time.

    11/8 - 158.8 - Been using the stair-climber at the gym this week for quick workouts. I actually kind of like it better than the treadmill. It doesn't hurt my left ankle like the treadmill does. Still not logging my food, but cut sugar from my coffee again. Drinking more water.

    11/15 - 159 - Ugh! The same 2lbs over and over again. So frustrated! Still using the stair climber. "53" flights of stairs yesterday after work. Eating less bread. When I eat bread I tend to gain on those days. My weight hasn't really changed since joining the gym in July. 3-5 days a week. Usually 4. My body may have changed a little. I really need eat better. Last nights dinner of Chips and Cheesecake were not good choices. It was just pure lazy-ness.

    11/22 - 160.2 - Thanksgiving lunch at work yesterday. I could have been worse. Had too many carbs, but had the best mashed potatoes and coconut cream pie (just a sliver) I think I have ever had.
    11/23 - 158.8 :smiley: Finally progress. I have worked out at the gym Monday through Friday this week. Strength and cardio Monday through Thursday and just stair climber yesterday morning. Finally started logging food again. Trying to use Macros, but not very successful so far, but staying within my calories for the day, so that's a win.
    11/24 - 158.4 :) Another loss! Didn't eat the greatest yesterday, but stayed below my calories. I didn't really eat lunch mostly snacked. I tried the Quest Protein chips yesterday. The texture is a little weird, but at least they have a bunch of protein and very little carbs. I can't wait to see what the scale shows tomorrow morning. I typically gain back everything over the weekend I loose during the previous week. I'm not letting it happen this weekend! Not sure I will make it to the gym today, but hopefully will make time to jump on the treadmill here at home.

    My mindset is just not there. I had a bubble tea AND and orange Julius at the mall yesterday Christmas Shopping. I"m just not in the headspace. I need a slap in the face! Now that the wedding is done there is no reason to lose weight so it's not motivating!!! I was so motivated before and was doing so good. I've still lost 20 pounds but I remember a 25 pound milestone that has come and gone now. I just gotta keep going.

    11/24-186.4-(Trend Weight 190.9)- After a hard-earned whoosh yesterday I have a huge 3 lb overnight drop on the scale on top of it? It’s definitely not going to last. Full disclosure here: Yesterday I took my DGS to a Christmas craft festival held at a nearby school. It said there would be food so we skipped lunch to eat there. Once there we saw the only food was take home items like fresh baked yeast bread and fresh baked bagels. I bought one of each.

    We got home and I proceeded to have a huge slab of the bread for hunger and emotional reasons which I’ll explain in a moment. I slathered it with butter. That was lunch. Later at dinner time I opted for 1 ½ of the bagels perfectly toasted with a thick layer of cream cheese. Very filling! Late last night for a snack I ate some of the neatly flavored and colored popcorn from the festival. I didn’t eat anything else because I was sure I was maybe within calories but way over on carbs. And I was full! With much less food than normal (apparently) the scale really dropped. It won’t last. I’m traveling today as well so that means sitting and restaurants which always ends in a gain for me.

    For my emotions on the bread: My eating disorders of all veggies and fruits (yuck) and many meats left me often hungry as a school girl. I thank God for those delicious mile high yeast rolls they would serve nearly every day with the meals. Often it was the only thing I could stomach to eat. They were warm and fresh. The smell of the yeast is so comforting to me, even to this day. I felt nurtured, safe and fulfilled. I have lots of leftovers on these breads and I hope it will not get me into too much trouble.

    Surgery day. Had all of 90 minutes sleep.

    My scales were very rude this morning and claimed I’d gained over 1kg. Not officially logging though.

    Ate a vegetable packed stirfry last night.

    Back tomorrow.
