The challenge is simple...

Exercise 24 hours (1440 minutes) total in the month of October!

    Cycling 14-16, 60 mins, 15 miles (geocaching with friend)

    I'm in! My exercise has been what seems like nil lately and I'd like to get back into the swing of things.

    Yesterday: 39 min cycling to and from the gym/ 15 minutes on exercise bike for fit test: 54 minutes
