How's your journey going ?
Do you work out at home, outside, at the gym ?
I like to do a mix of all three because if i stick to just one then i get tired of the same environment.
Anywho
Does anyone have any good music to add to a motivational playlist.
I like to listen to rock and pop a lot. I explore on Spotify and YouTube but i wanted to take suggestions from other people too (:

Most of the time, I listen to "gentler" music...country, some pop, classical.
When I workout, I swap out for up-tempo music with a beat to get the heart pumping, adrenaline racing. Especially when doing steady cardio, songs with a fast beat can help keep the body moving naturally in-sync with the drumbeat.1
