Hey all!!
Just weighing in... I had about a 3 pound loss last month and I was disappointed! But I am hoping to doubt that this month! I did a 5K this morning and I was really happy I averages 10:03 miles Good luck this week!0 -
Wow! So many new people. IT is great to see everyone. Sorry I have been gone a while but I just have not had time to go on the computer.
September was a bad month at my house I hurt my back the kids all had a stomach flu early in the month and then coughs and colds the end of the month. May October be a lot better to our household.
I am sitting in downtown St Paul at this time waiting to go get my husband who is running the Twin Cities marathon at this time. I have to walk up towards the capitol in a few minutes and try and find him. Good thing it is a nice day.
I will post my starting weight when I get home....because I really can't remember what the scale said yesterday.

Walked only 1 mile while waiting for my son's soccer game to start but it was better than sitting and waiting!0 -
