False. I'm okay with December being cold so we have snow for Christmas. (If I could choose, the seasons here would be Summer, Fall, December, Spring... Repeat)

TNP has a Christmas tree trimmed by toddlers on the bottom third 🤣 🙋‍♀️

True... a severe lightning storm once knocked the power out and everyone was sent home. When I got home, I found that lightning had struck a transformer on the power line behind my house, and arced to also strike (and melt) the feedhorn of my satellite dish.

TNP once cancelled their satellite subscription when they were told they'd have to pay to replace the dish (which wasn't even theirs).

False! Don't remember ever having satellite TV.

TNP had an antenna on their family's TV as a kid to get the 3 or 4 basic channels, which included all the Saturday morning cartoons.

Truish... not on the TV itself, but a directional antenna mounted high on the roof (on a pole), with an antenna rotor to remotely point the antenna toward one of several broadcasting towers.

TNP remembers when most people had a (one) black and white TV, and color TV's slowly started making appearances in the neighborhood.

False! Not necessarily against pecans, but after the cinnamon, ginger, butter, sugar and marshmallows, it's hard to decide if my sweet potato casserole is a vegetable side dish or a dessert!

TNP serves multiple types of dessert on Thanksgiving/Christmas
