    oct 1st - 137.4 ... but this is due to weight fluctuation/ upcoming period/ excessive sodium intake for the past couple of days. I am actually 133.4

    not sure how accurate this is since i forgot to weigh this morning and i am crazy bloated from over eating yesterday when i was out with friends. anyway...here it is.....

    I just read about this challenge and I will weigh first thing in the morning. I'm ready, hopefully I can loose more. Let's do this dropping of 5lbs in octber.

    Hey all!!
    Just weighing in... I had about a 3 pound loss last month and I was disappointed! But I am hoping to doubt that this month! I did a 5K this morning and I was really happy I averages 10:03 miles :) Good luck this week!

    Wow! So many new people. IT is great to see everyone. Sorry I have been gone a while but I just have not had time to go on the computer.

    September was a bad month at my house I hurt my back the kids all had a stomach flu early in the month and then coughs and colds the end of the month. May October be a lot better to our household.

    I am sitting in downtown St Paul at this time waiting to go get my husband who is running the Twin Cities marathon at this time. I have to walk up towards the capitol in a few minutes and try and find him. Good thing it is a nice day.

    I will post my starting weight when I get home....because I really can't remember what the scale said yesterday.

    Oct 1 = 164

    Walked only 1 mile while waiting for my son's soccer game to start but it was better than sitting and waiting!
