Hi everyone..
looking for " few " members to join- not a fan of 100+ members in one group- it's hard for me to keep track or feel any " connection " - i need a smaller- more intimate group - where we all can keep track of each other, get more connected and keep in touch - support , encouragment etc.
So - like i said- i'm not looking for " anyone " to join. I need serius members- if you are - than jump on the vagon.. there's still time to get something done in this month.
challanges for this month :
1. Let's start with a 3500 kcls goal - burn 3500 - every week - of the month
2. Log every bite- every day -
3. keep in touch - as often as you can
if you think you can do this- join me ..

kcls - consumed/ and kcls burned .. so that i have a final " for each week ..
maybe we all can at least " report " how many kcls have been burned - each day- and if you have reached your weekly goal ?

I decided very late in the day to start this challange- even for myself- so i have not logged the kcls for today . Need to start with it again.
But i have worked out today -
60 min- step class
20 min treadmill
total burned 750 ( out of 3500 )0 -
I'm serious.. I heard some really bad news and completely handled it bad, but now, I really dont have any wiggle room. i have to log every bite, and burn at least 3500 a week. I'd love to join!
I burned 610 calories today0 -
I would love to join. My personal goal is 5600 calories a week so this should just keep me on track! I burned 1097 calories today.0

I would like to join. I need someone to hold me accountable! I'm really bad about tracking my food on the weekends. But I did it today! So As long as I do it tomorrow i think i will be good!0

let's get serious this month..
End of this month i have family coming to visit- and usually this always messes up all of my good intentions.. i have to get real now- so by the time they are here that i allready have accomplished some goals.
After they leave - and i have stuck to my goals- i want to finally commit to pay that " personal training " certification - and do it.
I wanted to do this for so long now- but since i wasn't very serius for the past 2 months i didn't want to invest the money into the certification - If i prove to myself that i can stay on my program- during the time my mom and family is here - than i will reward myself with that school- program .. that co$$ts some $$.. but that will be my reward.. and my investment for future.
My dream is to be a personal trainer. Not for money purposes - just to be doing something i like - and something that will keep me on track since i have to workout no matter what. I want to combine work- and lifein one ..

Im in. ill log my cals tomm inshaAllah. I may not be able to count cals burnt in workout as i dont have HRM but anyways for upcoming week KATHY SMITH workout is on my agenda and its around 40 mins0

Logging everything in too so I'm off to a decent start. I didn't feel like staying on the eliptical tonight after 30 ds day 11 but managed to pull out 20 minutes before giving out.0 -

i don't know what you mean with " format " .. every body has their own kcls budget - so that is individual
about the kcls- most members watch their heart rate monitor to see how many kcls they have burned..
some follow what the machines say - treadmill/bike etc..
goal - burn at least 3500 kcls a week - for the next 4 weeks
stay withing kcls budget
log everything you eat-
try to be in touch here - as much as you can - or at least just to " update " your weekly status

i think i have overdone it yesterday with the stretching - i can hardly move- my lower back is inflamed i can't bend at all- it's painful to walk etc.. i will have to take a rest today
tomorrow probb. too- kids are home and i have a dr. apt tomorrow planing to go back to workout on wedn.0 -

I'd like to burn 3500 cals this week but don't have a HRM so will have to make do with the lower of what MFP tell me or the figure on the workout equipment.
Therefore:-
Burned Approx 1200cals today!! (kickbox class, treadmill, stepper and weights)
Kept within my budget and
Logged everything....i think! (Don't have an iphone so will need to keep a note during the day)0 -

It has been a hugely long day - I left the house this morning at 6:30 am & got home at 6:00 pm - Left again at 6:25 & got home at 9:30 pm -- I pushed through and didn't give myself any excuses keep from doing 30 ds L2D2. The eliptical is not in the cards for tonight. Whew!! I'm calling it a day.0 -
I'd l ike to join too. I wear a HRM when I do cardio, but not weights - so guess I may have to start or just use what MFP says.
Don't know how many burned today. Hour at the gym doing weights (legs), then walked two dogs,separately.
Been fighting the pounds over and over and over again. This should help to get my butt in gear!0 -
