Hello New to Fitness Pal

Hi, my name is Jeanett. I need to lose 50 pounds and keep it off. I'm giving myself 10-pound goals at a time. It will be easier for me not to look at the whole picture, but at incremental goals. I have it in my head that I want to do this. I have lost those same 50 pounds several times over the years. My main goal will be to keep it off this time. I am 64 and need to get healthy.
