It can be done

Hi all,

Just wanted to show you in 1 year what can happen with consistency, healthy eating (and of course some naughty food) and lifting weight with limited cardio.

I can confirm no drugs of any sort taken (never will), just alot of self education and monitoring.

It was hard initially but as time moved on and I seen results in the gym and physique, I felt I could be consistent.
