Nice run and photos @WarmJellyfish .

Great running @kgirlhart . I hope the dust settles for you too. It makes running outdoors hard too, I'm sure.

I hope you feel better soon @Mari33a .

    Nice run @tarun_yadavA .

PS - I wanted to shout out for these very light weight masks which I tried out today after the facebook group "old ladies running" had a photo of someone running. They are great because your glasses won't fog up and you can actually breath vs the other types of gators and such you pull up over your face. On Amazon and come in a set of 3 different colors.

The group is pretty good on facebook altho I am always a little shocked when a 30 or 40 something joins as an "old lady". 😂😂😏

What is the mask called? Tried looking couldn't find them...

@WarmJellyfish here is what the mask is called. Not sure I am ready to go outside yet this morning at 20 feels like 14 but at least the wind is under 10 mph right now. I actually bought some trail shoes this morning because my normal runners my feet were getting chilled. Also saw on my facebook group a gal had put duct tape over her mesh shoes to block the wind and cold. Saw you there @quilteryoyo too. I am not a big participant but do lurk or see posts.

Thanks @ContraryMaryMary . I hope you survived the sleepover! Way to show those young things what an "older" lady can do! Hope you can walk today.

I'm glad to see that your foot is feeling better @tarun_yadavA . AND, 45 is NOT old! Heck, I don't feel like 65 is OLD. It's all in the mind.

I saw that you commented on my post @SummerSkier . I'll have to get a feel for what most of the ladies post about there before participating too much. I was impressed with the 89 yo who completed a 5K over the weekend. Do you have any wool socks? That might help. I hate it when my feet get cold. I just can't get warmed back up once they do.

Happy Monday! I'm off today for MLK and I've been delaying my morning run. I'll get bundled up and head out before lunch I'm sure. I've been keeping up on the posts, but don't like posting much from my phone. I'll post my official numbers when I'm back on a computer.

The cold front came in Friday night, so I had a chilly 6+ mile run on Saturday morning and a colder 4 mile run yesterday... 7°F/-10°F WC. Temperature today is colder still, but not quite as windy. I've been wearing a new base layer shirt that has a hood and mask and it has kept me plenty warm, but I have a harder time breathing thru the material than I do with my balaclava, so I'll switch back to that for today.

@quilteryoyo Sorry to hear about your gym! I hope you find a good alternative!

@ContraryMaryMary I hope you survived the night ;)!

@WarmJellyfish If it’s warm out or if I’m already soaked OR if I need to clean mud off my running shoes, I like going through puddles. With an exception to the cleaning the shoes puddles, I also try to make a big splash :). Your run sounds like it was fun!

@martaindale I hope you have a good drive back!

@tarun_yadavA Thumbs pressed over here that your foot issues resolve themselves quickly!!!!

    @rusgolden That sounds cold!

Doing great @rusgolden . I hope you enjoyed your day off.

Thanks @Laurz9191 I hope you feel better soon. Have you been to the doctor? The last time I had a cough that I couldn't get rid of I finally had my doctor prescribe the cough syrup with codeine in it so I could sleep. That really helped.

Great running @Teresa502 . We didn't get any snow here this time...just a dusting that didn't cause any issues. Just way too cold!

Welcome back @swenson19d . I've been wondering how you are doing.
