Intro! Used MFP 2014-2017

I’m back! Surprisingly, but I’m working with a personal trainer and he wants to see my macros.

I used MFP religiously from 2014-2017 so I know my calories and macros pretty well already and I’m a creature of habit.

Doing things a bit differently this go around. I used to do 1,200-1,400 calories now I’m aiming for 1,600-1,800 calories and slower weightloss. ☺️

I’m vegan so my macros are a bit different. Definitely not low carb. But moderate protein.
