my current split push, legs, pull, rest, push, legs, pull, rest with fairly high volume. I’ll finish this program this Saturday and have a deload week next week. Then I’m going to run an upper, lower, rest, upper, lower, rest, rest. I’m thinking this cut in volume and extra recovery day will be good while I’m in a calorie deficit. Those rest days will be cardio only.
