I need some help please, what are some good snacks to have if I feel like a snack sweet or salty. I can't eat nuts as I'm highly allergic

I keep string cheese, mini turkey pepperoni sticks and Kashi layered fruit bars around. The ones I buy are all about 50-60 calories per piece.1

Hard boiled egg
Cut up veggies
Plain popcorn

If you can eat soybeans, dry roasted edamame are a possible salty snack. There are also crispy broad beans, chickpeas or lentils - commercial brands or homemade.
Other options may be fruit, dried fruit, hard-boiled eggs, jerky, individually wrapped small dark chocolates, pickles (not just cucumber pickles - any pickled veggie), seeds if you're not allergic to those (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, etc.).1 -
Awesome thank you,0

mini cucumbers are my latest favorite snack. Peel on, cut up thin. Each one is about nine calories, and they are as good or better than an apple IMHO.1
