How are you measuring your calories? Are you putting most of your food onto a digital food scale and weighing it in grams?

Keep in mind that weight fluctuations are normal. 1 lb doesn’t always mean a pound of fat specifically.

A month and no loss means your weekly calories are keeping you at what is called maintenance. In order to lose fat you’re gonna need to lower your calories every week, there is about 3500 cal in 1 pound so that means every day of the week you need to lower your calories by 500, if you want to lose slower, just don’t drop your calories that much

Losing weight is an experiment. You have to make changes and see what happens. There is no race. You don't have to make drastic changes for dramatic results. You haven't included your stats. We can guess from your name that you are female but age, weight and activity are unknown. What you are doing is also unknown so it is hard to give direction.

You have to burn more calories than you consume. MFP asks you general questions when you join to give you a starting point. You have to learn a healthier way of living with those guides and see how the changes affect you and then make adjustments.

Food and liquid have weight. So when you eat and drink that is going to affect you outside of the calories they contain.

You're weight will look more like a stock market map rather than a downward slope. I gained 1.4lbs for my official weight in last week. Then dropped 4 pounds in 2 days. I must have been dehydrated because I gained 1.4 pounds back over night. So that is still a 2.6 loss so far for this week.

So much this! If I do strength training I'm consistently 1-1.5kg heavier, just due to fluctuations outside of bodyfat. Just returned from a flight and loooong bus/train journey, and this time this added 2kg of waterweight. Again not bodyfat, but normal fluctuation. Tonight I had two massive pees, and now it's gone.
