Have You Tried an Anti-Inflammatory Meal Plan? Has It Helped?

@Sparkuvu I’ll come up with some, but I’m roughing it in a construction zone the next few weeks.
I will say, despite unfamiliar brands and cheese (still not sure what that was!), and probably a liberal dose of construction dust, best grilled cheeses since I was a kid.
No fridge. Am hanging a shopping bag on the fence outside to keep things cool,

Don't forget cinnamon and vanilla extract both add just a touch of sweet, and you wouldn't have to freeze them, would you? (freezing things makes them taste less sweet)
Now that’s an interesting idea. Ice cream with roasted sweet potato. And I bet it would be creamy, too. Wheels turning.

Did someone say sweet potato ice cream? ☺️
If you haven’t tired it / purple sweet potato ice cream it’s a fav of mine. Any sweet potato will do. The texture is amazing… it was one of the first I started using for homemade ice cream.
2 cups purple sweet potato ((baked and mashed))
2 cups milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla (I like shaved beans)
Pinch of sea salt
Also since we are in anti inflammatory diet - Purple-fleshed sweet potatoes are thought to contain super-high levels of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agents.5 -

Nice, and yeah, sweet potato works well but I haven't made it in years. My recipe has heavy cream, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla which is more of a traditional ice cream recipe. Your recipe is more of a sweet potato puree which I actually have on a menu right now where in a vitamix I add butter and Chinese 5 spice but no milk mind you and it's going with bulgogi beef, broccolini, asian pear garnished with sesame seeds. Sweet potato is so versatile and delicious imo, doubt about it.3 -
You guys are scary good.2
