Just saying hi.
I joined a few weeks ago and lost a few lbs but i let it slide, so i am back after a bad few weeks.
I really want to loose 19lbs and get super toned. I have no clue what to be eating half the time. I end up skipping meals a lot. Being a mum to a 1 year old 2 year old and 7 year old makes it harder for me to find time to work out and meal plan,
I hope i can get some support here and really do it this time.

I'm positive you can do it! There is allot of advice on the forums on what to eat, what to do when you workout. I've just been having a look around and it's a wealth of information.0
