You did great @daria0919 . You will definitely be seen in that coaches shirt! I either didn't know or forgot that you had fallen. I hope you heal quickly.

    Nice run @Zaxa2021 !

Hopefully tomorrow's run will be great @yirara . Great job getting out there and doing what you could.

    Great mileage already @SummerSkier !

    Nice @John772016 . I agree with you...motivation isn't required.

    Nice @Laurz9191 .

@Zaxa2021 Nothing wrong with taking a short break to let your body recover! You’ll get to where you want to go with the pace eventually!!!

@ContraryMaryMary I’ll take you up on that sunshine offer ;). At least for a day or 2! I’m glad your Garmin is being nice to you, motivating even :). Mine is just being “civil” at the moment. No compliments, but holding off on negativity as well.

@kgirlhart Great long run yesterday! Wind is not so fun!

Sounds like you had a nice afternoon yesterday @kgirlhart .

Good to see you back @steviebee888 ! You're doing great. Which HM are you running?

You know you are doing great when Garmin is nice @ContraryMaryMary !

Great run @martaindale . I think lack of motivation wins every once in a while with all of us. As long as the scale tips toward discipline, you're good.

@Zaxa2021 Nothing wrong with taking a short walk break. Next time, maybe it'll be a shorter walk and eventually, you won't have to take that break.

These roller coaster temps are killing me @Teresa502 . You are doing great!

You are doing great @Laurz9191 . You're going to kill your marathon!

hahaha @yirara . I hope you start having more good runs and fewer yucky ones. It's amazing that you still get out and do what you can, regardless.
