Small Wins

Small wins means saying no to the giant cookies offered in an afternoon meeting at work. Normally I would accept without question but I had a big lunch and turned down the calorie bomb (403 calories per cookie)

The small wins add up to big victories! Well done, cookies are not easy to say no to.

I find when I resist stuff like that, my willpower gets stronger each time.

After 7 months of weight loss, I don’t care about cookies anymore… I would rather eat huge strawberries, clementines or grapes. I eat a square of Astor chocolate if I want something sweet. I keep it in the freezer.
