Yeah, OMAD doesn't work for me, maybe it's an age thing. I just can't eat enough food at one go to maintain weight and find myself hungry, so that just doesn't work. My diet relies not on calories, but satiety. So basically, eating until I'm full and to maintain my metabolism I have to eat twice a day, pretty basic really.

An interesting question proposed on a podcast I was listening to yesterday was, there are hundreds of studies of fat lose, and obesity and weight loss. Studies that include different macro ratios. And all those studies have one thing on common calorie reduction and actually causes insulin drop. But this Doctor said we need to do the inverse of these studies and take a person of healthy weight and give them an exact same calorie surplus and different macro ratios and watch fat growth and this will help us understand more. Just a thought I think is interesting
