    03/03-195.4- (Trend Weight: 196.4)-Down one pound this week with trend staying the same due to the ups & downs of the week. It’s been a rough week. We sent my best friend to the Angels during a very nice service on Saturday. I lost power to my home for 9 hours this week and I had my furnace go out with no heat for 3 days and 2 nights due to the power coming back on with such force. We just about froze to death here in Northern Michigan. So I will take the 1 lb loss and run with it. It’s time for me to get back to my normal life and get busy taking care of my health and my fitness. I finally feel ready for it. I will have all my color HTML removed from my posts due to the changes by MFP by the start of next challenge April 1st. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    03/10-197.4- (Trend Weight: 196.4)- Looks like I regained the pound I lost last week, then doubled it up for good measure. I know I can do better. I’m just being ridiculous and spending a lot of time feeling sorry for myself due to so many recent events in my life. It’s time to take care of myself. My pledge to myself and to you is that you will see better numbers next week, even if it’s by 0.1 pounds. This 2 pound gain in just 7 days is unacceptable. I am still about ½ pound less than when I started the month of March but it won’t stay that way at this rate. The buck stops here!

    I'm Chris - 74 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
    ...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
    My husband and I are retired.
    I see my trainer for 60 mins three days a week and try to walk the other four days. The walking doesn't always work out.
