Typically I can only consume about 48-56 ounces of water a day on average in the winter (plus coffee, and tea) so this week I’m making a conscious effort to improve upon that.
Will take an hour walk soon and go to my favorite BodyBalance 105 class tomorrow.
Friday is a getaway to Southern CA to see longtime girlfriends. I did buy a new pair of Levi’s skinny capri jeans that fit great - and they are surprisingly cute!6 -

Little disappointed that I only lost 1.4lbs on my weekly weigh in, but then I see the beginning of the month weight and have to give myself grace bc 10lbs in 27 days is amazing. My body is realigning itself too and that won’t be seen on the scale, but in the clothes. I actually threw away my pair of jeans today I had scheduled for under 140lbs bc another pair fit so that’s a great NSV. Just going along with the process and feeling more comfortable in my clothes every week.

Mar 24 206.5 food prepping again so hoping it helps lose weight. I did it last week and it helped to make good choices knowing the chicken was already there ready just needed to be thawed. Mar 28: 209.4 lb, Getting closer to being out of the 200s again! I was looking through my past logged weights here on MFP and I was around 190 lbs at this time last year. Oh I wish I would have stayed on the wagon.But, I have to give myself grace & move forward with better decisions for myself & family. My family has had an overload of stress and grief happen in our lives over the last 9 months. Unfortunately, I turned to food & alcohol for comfort. In January, as I gained even more weight, I realized I NEED to do better. I can't control everything happening around me, but I can control my diet & weight the best I can.

3/28 Leaving on a short trip and forgot to weigh in at 6:00 am. Next weigh in can’t be until 4/1 but I’m pleased with the small loss this month.

I’ve gained 4.5 lbs in a week and a half and I don’t know why. While it’s probably water it’s very frustrating. So I’m going on the water retention offence this weekend. Feel free to give me tips!

3/29: 146.6I might have to take my scale out back and teach it a lesson. I feel like I have been gaining and losing the last 2lbs for the last week and I am below calories. I even adjusted calories bc a 147lb body does not need the same as a 163lb one. Last night before bed my scale read 149 so I was surprised I wasn’t in the 147s this morning. I did a 30 minute strength workout yesterday so pretty sore today and then a 30 minute walk. About to go on a walk this morning with the kiddo and dogs. Then a day of tball. Two more days til the end of the month!

Ok I’m super happy about this result I had gained soooo much weight in a short amount of time and figured it was water so yesterday I drank a boat load of water, had fibre, dandelion tea, low sodium, 15 minutes bouncing on the trampoline, put my legs up at night, went for a walk, took magnesium…. All the things they suggest for reliving water weight, and whoosh I’m down two lbs
Also yesterday I went to buy a new pair of jeans and I’m usually a 12 and until recently often a 14, and I ended up buying a 10!! They fit like a glove!! I almost want to frame them 😝

Ugh I think I hit the P word…Plateau. I have been at a 500-1000 calorie deficit consistently so I know it’s not diet. I have upped my strength training so I am hoping it’s muscle/water. At least that’s what I keep telling myself, I almost ate the world yesterday out of frustration. Today I did 30 minutes of strength, 30 minutes of yoga, about to go on a 90 minute walk with the dogs and then a 60 minute stationary bike. Looking back on the month I lost 10.4lbs, fit into a new pair of jeans, threw away 3 fat shirts and a pair of jeans, and today during yoga my head could actually rest on the mat during child’s pose. So lots of wins this month! Onto April!5 -

3/31-167.13/30 weight increase was no surprise considering the 29th was my first day back after vacay and I hit the gym pretty hard followed by a full day of farmwork, and exercised two horses, and generally had a huge physical day. I woke up very body sore..
While on vacation I completely forgot to take along my GLP meds so I decided to just take a break from them all together and do a "reset".
Stopping cold turkey like that isn't recommended but didn't really have a choice. For the last few months, I have been considering a reset anyways and this seemed like a good time considering I was already part way into it inadvertantly.
It takes about 25-30 days (all depending on metabolism, kidney function and dosage) after your last dose for the medication to be completely out of your system. Hunger has hit pretty hard the last 24 hrs and its been 10 days! Hoping I can manage…
