How to log exercise with calorie burn?

Hi there. I’ve only logged cardio for the week I’ve been on the app and today I tried to log a strength training session, but I couldn’t figure out how to log a general workout vs specific exercises and include the calories.
Does anyone know how to log a general workout and custom the calories (from my Apple Watch)? If it matters, I have the premium version of the app.
Thanks in advance!

Go into the cardiovascular exercise section, and search for the entry "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)". Just putting "strength" in the search box is enough to find it. That should be fine for logging normal reps/sets strength workouts with short rests between sets - use the total number of minutes for the session, including the normal short rests. Obviously, if you took a long break to chat or something, back out that time, but otherwise it's the whole session.
The strength exercise section in MFP is just for recording exercises, sets, reps, weights . . . and there are way better apps than MFP for doing that. Only the cardio section in MFP will allocate calories. Using it for strength workouts as described above is a the way to go for that.
