New to mfp and Nurse fit Nation

I am Julie from AZ. My goal is to get more fit and lose 20#. Day 3 of trying to get to 80 Gn of protein per day. Not easy. Any suggestions?

Hello, and welcome!
In case you haven't run across it yet, I think a good information resource here is this thread:
It links a spreadsheet that lists many, many foods in order by most protein for fewest calories. It helped me get enough protein when I was starting out here.
This next may not apply to you, but just in case: Trying to lose weight aggressively fast makes it hard to get reasonable overall nutrition in absolute grams terms, not just protein but in general. On top of that, it makes the process harder in other ways. A common rule of thumb here would be to shoot for losing no more than about 0.5-1% of current weight per week, with a bias toward the lower end of that range unless severely obese and under medical supervision for deficiencies or health complications.
Of course someone who's very obese may be able (even need to) to lose faster at first safely; and maybe someone can go faster while keeping health risk manageable if they have only a very few pounds to lose (so loss will be short duration) and they have an otherwise low-stress/high-resilience situation. But it really is a balance of risks or personal risk tolerance issue. I hope that makes sense.
Wishing you success: IME, the rewards are more than worth the effort!
