Exercise everyday for a month starting 19th May 2025

I hate how I'm not consistent, especially with long hour shifts at work, I should still atleast have time to do 20 minutes minimum of some sort of exercise. So I have started this for my own accountability but if anyone wants to do the same then feel free to contribute.

Exercises could be as simple as stretching, to cardio, to weightlifting.

I'm also up for any workout suggestions and I love to give most things a try. I don't go gym but have some dumbbells, exercise bike, resistance band.

Tonight I did 30 minutes on my old Pilates reformer - my movements probably fall in the category of stretching. It’s a starting point. My intentions for tomorrow is to do movement before work instead of after.

Yay you on doing the video!!

My brother is keeping me motivated to keep hitting the gym. Calls me every day to make sure I'm going. It's worked so far!

I am not consistent but lately have told myself that even if all I do is 5 minutes, it counts. In that way I don't get too hard on myself. My son has been doing resistant band training and was somewhat frustrated because he hasn't lost weight. He has, however, noticeably changed the way his body looks. He has a more fit looking body with a smaller stomach. This has encouraged me to start and not be as focused on the weight loss. I'm on day 2.

I feel that way with resistance band training! But it does certainly help you get toned which I like. Sometimes it gave people the illusion that I had dropped weight when I didn't haha. You do build muscle I suppose which would explain why the weights not dropping and/ or if the diet isn't the best which wasn't for me. Hope to change that 🤞🏽

This is Day 2 for me too. I've recently got back into bellydancing and found this youtube video that I followed along to. It's such a great workout and even though I'm not jumping or doing high intensity movements, everything burns and it made me sweat like crazy. This is just one of her videos but shes got a lot more on her channel :D

    Hows everyone else's day going?

5/19 - resistance band 15 min - first day I did the complete video, not because it was hard but because I just didn't want to do it!

5/20 - Walk for 22 min felt good to be outside

5/21 - Morning yoga 20 min and goal to do RB later ; I love the yoga video "Charlie Follows"

I'm late to the party but I'd like to do this challenge to help me start a healthy habit and exercise is the thing that I just can't get motivated for. So here goes.

30 day fitness challenge (did day 1 and 2 and stopped) Day 3 ✔️

Bodi Cize with Shawn T 30 minutes (I haven't gotten past the learning the steps video yet). ✔️

Its fine if you join late as long as you keep to it. Thank you all, your posts has motivated to get up and exercise (its so easy to be in bed all day isn't it? 😴)

I've managed to do some zumba today for 35 mins

Was actually quite fun, had to modify someone of the moves as jumping around in a small room upstairs was not the move haha but still worked up a sweat! I feel like this isn't enough though so might do some other workout ✨

I'm two days late, but if it isn't a problem I'd love to jump on board! 😁 Thanks for sharing the workouts you're doing, too!
