05/19-195.4 ✅ - (Trend Weight: 195.2) I tried to be stupid yesterday and only eat about 800 calories to make up for past transgressions but, as usual, it didn’t work. When will I learn? However, I still managed to pull off a good day and I’m showing a 1 lb loss since last weigh-in so that helps. I hate walking backwards so I need to keep my head in the game!
🌺🌺🌺 🌺🌺 05/20 – 195.4 💠 (Trend Weight –195.2) I ended up out of town and out to lunch/dinner yesterday (my first meal of the day). My new push lawnmower delivered to store arrived and we went to pick it up about two hours away round trip. We decided on a restaurant and I know the calories and carbs were very high though I only ate about half. It would not have been too bad if not for the snacks last night. One snack should have been enough! Anyway, the mower is one of those battery operated ones. For a widow like me it will be nice to not have to worry about gasoline or oil changes etc. I just hope it cuts sufficiently. I bought a very good brand with a 7.5ah battery so fingers crossed! I already have a riding lawn mower my person I hire usually uses for most of the yard. This would be for tight areas or if my person does not show up.

I’m back for another month! Love the MAY Mantra and hope to adopt it as well. My goal is to work towards overall improved health by eating healthier and increasing activity.
I’m starting a bit late this month due to traveling for work. Just returned home and found myself up 5 pounds…yikes! Time to get back to better habits!

May 20: logged. Struggled with meeting step goal due to the many meetings and rainy weather! They are calling for another rainy day today. Was +66 over on calorie goal and just shy of protein goal. I made some high protein blueberry muffins as a “snack” so I’m not tempted by other sweet treats. They smelled delicious, not as sweet as a blueberry muffin but again they aren’t supposed too!
