I want to reduce my belly fat and extra fats on hand and back. Suggest me list of exercise that work

please help to suggest me some exercise for daily routine . I have back palm problems

You can't. You just have to lose weight all over. Reduce your calories, eat less.

Check with a PT about what exercises you can do. Start light, learn good form, progress.

fatloss is mostly diet so you'll need to concentrate on that. Im sure the posters that are more inclined to post long and more detailed posts will chime in on the specifics.

you cannot spot reduce fat. Your body determines where the fat will come off. In my experience it usually comes off on all the places you don’t care about first and then the ones you do care about last … maybe that is just perception.
You can do body part specific exercises to increase muscle mass in specific areas of the body. Muscle is more dense than fat, so gives the body a ‘tighter’ / ‘leaner’ look.
my suggestion is to create a free FitOn profile and search their workouts by body part. Do a variety of exercises. Don’t work the same muscle group two days in a row.1 -
