I know exactly what you need: cheesecake!
I am actually serious. I like to hit my macros in my basic daily caloric allowance and then eat what I want with my exercise calories. What fun is working out if I don't get to spend my calories how I want?
Lol, I love this..haha..I just ate a huge dinner last nite, the nite before, the nite before that..and lost weight..sooo hmmmm...so eat what you can..and try again tomorrow...you absolutely don't want to go to bed starving..that will just keep you awake...or have you tossing and turning all nite..0 -
I have the same problem. Usually when I come back from the gym at ~8, I have at least 2k calories left and so few hours to eat them. Today I ate 2.5k cal in 4 hours
Need to buy more frozen pizza and ice cream for easy(er) calories.

I haven't worked out today at all...I just get so busy i forget to eat.
