    6/18 257 Worked, came home swent swimming then worked in rabbit barn. Have a double shift tomorrow. Don't really have any food prepared. Hope I don't blow it, been doing good staying away from fast food

    6/19 259 Up in weight but I know it's fluid, Haven't taken a fluid pill in a few days and well its that time. Still down 2lbs from the start of this round. I will take it. Working a double today expect scale to be up tomorrow as well due to edema.

    6/19 - 167.6 - Not what I wanted to end on but I can't be too upset. BF asked me as I was getting off work if we could go to a wing bar he loves for dinner. Since it was his birthday, it'd be terribly rude to say no and make him eat meal prep (he hates leftovers) so I relented. Unfortunately, I had planned and ate according to meal prep, not eating out, so I was well over (estimated 500 calories over which is about 250-300 over maintenance). I did have a couple small drinks (half size) to taste and skipped the strawberry cheesecake I made him since alcohol is now being treated as "dessert" in that it's an occasional indulgence and I try to avoid 2 desserts in one day. Wings are also known by me to cause bloating so I'm definitely holding on to water. I did get half the wings (5) and ordered the buffalo cauliflower "wings" as a supplement to increase veggie intake (fiber) and fullness. Not an ideal dinner, but I did try to stay mindful and choose decent options from my limited menu

    I am a breast cancer survivor. My chemo treatments alone lasted from 2009 - 2011. It was a full 2 years due to the type of aggressive breast cancer I had. They have made tremendous strides in breast cancer treatments and overall care, thanks mainly to the Susan G. Komen foundation. I am hopeful and confident that treatments out there will be shorter and more effective if the cancer was caught early enough. Do you know what stage she is in yet?

    My prayers are with her and with you during this difficult time. In light of your relationship and her challenges (making it challenging for you as well), I know it won't be easy. All you can do is be of as much support as you possibly can. However, don't forget to take care of yourself too! {{{hugs}}}

    06/18-DNW 💠 - (Trend Weight: DNW) I just couldn’t sleep last night. I finally fell off about 8:00 this morning and woke at noon hitting the floor running as we were going out of town to see DGS who is home now recovering from the surgery. Did shopping and dinner out while out of town also so tomorrow’s weight will be up which gives me an unfair advantage in the next round so I may skip and come back a day later and update so there is a more realistic start weight for round 300.

    🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️🏊 06/19-DNW 💠 - (Trend Weight: DNW) I will come back to 299 soon to update this and find my starting weight for 300. I’m excited for the 300 challenge next round and will post what I will be doing then. Today I feel bloated and just plain ol’ fat . I will work on keeping it a compliant day so that maybe I will feel more emotionally up to weighing tomorrow. At this point it just feels like weighing would do more harm than good and this challenge is designed to make things feel better, not worse. On another note:. A plumber is FINALLY coming today to check something out in the en suite bathroom so hopefully that will keep my mind busy and away from food and especially cravings that often come after a day of excess. UPDATE: DGS is doing great by the way. Oh, the resilience of children!

    Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!
