I'm not that good at tracking calories but i know when I've over eaten. I'd rather track my weight and steps so that's what I'll be sharing here. ✨Daily

I'll do daily weigh ins and i have an app that tracks my steps. If you are into that lets do this together. I have found great success in team work 💪

Actually i found out i can actually track calories lol. I used to get frustrated like 2 years ago but now I'm like a changed person. Like the stuff that was hard then is easy to the current me.I'm now good at being consistent. Limiting belief disintegrated 🔥

Is it a plateau or is it my luteal phase. Twas' the latter-
Been following the plan but it seemed like the plan was not following me. Most people give up not realizing so many factors contribute to weight and it doesn't mean that your efforts are going to waste. Keep up the good work 🔥
