    10/2= 126 (26 min aerobics, 95 min walk, and 5 min strength training)
    10/3= 61 (26 min aerobics, 30 min belly dancing, and 5 min strength training)

    I am only counting cleaning because i purposely danced around a lot to burn calories!!
