What Do You Do With Cassava Bread?

found this low cal crispy stuff on the bread aisle at the international grocery.

For 30 calories a serving (a little more than a third of a thin sheet) I figured it was worth experimenting with.

Surely, it couldn’t have any less flavor than “low cal” Wasa bread. 😬

The lady at checkout says in her country they soak cassava bread in milk, but didn’t explain further because she stopped suddenly and said “but I’ve never seen it this thin before!”
