Another good week. I ate no nuts. I was planning on breaking my steps in a day record this weekend. But dog is sick. So I have the least steps in a day instead.
Day after last weeks weigh in I bounced up half a kg. Not unusual when I lose as much as I did last week. I have been grinding on that for the week. But not seen much on the scale. Two days I was over on mfp but Fitbit said my activity made it ok. Numbers pooled together suggested 0.8 this week too but yesterday was still over last weigh in day But today there was a sudden drop from yesterday and I came in with a loss for this week. So I am happy.

07/06-DNW π - (Trend Weight: DNW) Our BBQ celebration for Independence Day was a day late (yesterday) but not a dollar short, as they say. Plenty of food. Too much sitting. Someone should have brought the corn hole game! I need at least a one day buffer from the scale so I may come back in a day or two when the dust settles and see where I am really at. I know it will be an increase no matter what. Afterall, I can feel the tightness in my shorts. But hopefully it will be something that doesnβt stick around too long. I will strive for today to be extra good so Iβll be off to a good start. DD and DGS left early today so that will help for sure. I will also try to get in some exercise. Rain today so it will all be indoors.

I hope July goes better than June as far as mobility. I had major knee and back pain issues in June and my walking etc was very limited. Now things are more normal and I hope to get out and move more. I have 8 lbs left to my goal wt which will be -73 lbs when I get there in hopefully late august. My goal for July is -1.0 lb per week. July 30:I'm basically right where I was in April. I've been pretty stagnant for the past couple of months. This is frustrating but I've also been maintaining without really any overall gain. It's 100% due to eating more, exercising less, and broken routines. I sounds like a broken record, but I'm working on getting back on track!

π₯π₯π₯07/20 β 187.8 π (Trend Weight β 190.4)I was slowly bringing the numbers down this past week and then I had a big whoosh a couple of days ago. I did have a high weight day after some travel but I managed to even it all out and begin progress again. That whoosh really helped! I am feeling pretty good about the days ahead (Except for upcoming Tuesdayβs long day of travel). I think I can get this number a little lower for next weigh in. I am still 2.8 lbs over my goal for this month and I really donβt think I can reach that in time for my final weigh-in on July 31st but I am going to get as close as I can.

This is going alot better than expected. This week I hadde ice cream three times but managed to adjust my other. Meal and activity calories to make it allright. Still managing to get fitbit mfp to give me numbers indicating 0.8 kg weightloss. But the scales gave me more loss.
The comming week is going to likely be a week of water retention. Intense chocolate craving. But I currently have no chocolate in the house. Norway is experiencing a heatwave which probably isn't a heatwave in most countries but for us it feels really hot.
End of the weeky vacation starts so that is going to be a challenge.
