October 1st I jogged 4miles in 1 hour!
October 2nd I jogged 4.36 miles in 1 hour!
Goal is 60 Miles for October!!! if I do more fantastic!!!
Im having trouble figuring out how to use the tickerfactory.com Can someone help me make one?
Ive completed 8.36 as of yesterday and my goal is 60.
When I created one it was tiny and short...not sure what to do?0 -
its already updated in my ticker but I did a 2 mile leslie sansone walk and then I walked 1 mile going to the store and back. I cant wait for tomorrow, I am going to take my kids to the zoo so I will get lots of miles in tomorrow I hope0

I always seem to start the month strong, and tail off towards the end. Challenge for me this month, is to keep it strong right up until the 31st.
Last month, i set myself 50miles. Did them. But kept getting annoyed cos i had to convert my Kms to miles (all the machines at my gym are in Km). So this month, I'm working in Km and have set myself 150km which equates to about 93miles.
It'll all probably be on the bike. But i'll try and do at least 30 of them on other machines (treadmill, rowing, eliptical)

okay @ss movers...i just wanted to share....i just registered for the disney princess 1/2 marathon in february 2012....so i'll be starting a training program shortly to build up from my current 3 miles to 13.1miles with 1:2 intervals (walk:run)....keep pushing on folks and push me please....0

I got in 3.5 miles in the rain this morning. I'm officially one of "those people." But lemme tell you, running in 45F and rain is easier than 80F and sunshine! (And I didn't end up any more wet!)0 -
